Copper Oxide Activator T-41

This product has a pungent odor, with relatively stable molecules that are easily soluble in water. It decomposes easily when exposed to acid or heat. Formed by the complexation of long carbon chain hydrocarbons, it exhibits good selectivity toward metal ores at pH 8-10. It strongly alters the hydrophobicity of mineral surfaces, reduces surface potential energy, and facilitates the attachment of mineral ions to air bubbles for flotation purposes.

Product Features: Low dosage, strong collecting ability, cost-effective per ton of ore, non-corrosive, and an advanced environmentally friendly product. It serves as a next-generation collector for oxidized ores.

Applications: This product is highly effective for the flotation of copper oxide, copper-lead ores, copper-nickel pyrite, and pyrrhotite, offering strong collecting power and excellent selectivity. Additionally, in alkaline circuits (pH 8-11), it outperforms butyl xanthate as a collector for sulfide ores.

Usage: Typically administered according to the reagent system (20-100 grams/ton), it should be dissolved in water as quickly as possible at room temperature to prepare a 5%-10% concentration solution for addition.
